Nano Luminescence Spectrometer

Nano Luminescence means aｎ ultra weak emission which can not be deteced by an usual fluorescence instrument.
Features

The chemiluminescence spectrometer was developed to measure ultra weak chemiluminescence spectrum in ultraviolet and visible regions, ranging from 350 to 900nm. The　spectrometer consists of a multichannel Fourier Transformation system with a CCD area image sensor and a Savart plate interferometer.

Application

Chemiluminescence is a powerful tool for detection of
slight chemical changes.
Applications of the chemiluminescence are as follows;

1. Detection of oxidation of polymer materials, and
estimation of effect of antioxidant on degradation.
2. Estimation of chemical species and intermediates in
chemical reaction.
3. Estimation of reactive oxgen species(ROS).
4. Detection of oxidative degradation of food.
5. Estimation of oxidative stress in biomolecules.
